Baha village





BAHA TOURIST VILLAGE


Baha village is one of tourist village in Badung regency, it’s close with Taman Ayun Temple. just 5 km from Sangeh. 19 km from denpasar. Most of people here work at field. One thing that makes this village unique is  culture and patterns of settlement arrangement is  still preserve the cultural and traditional Balinese architecture. One example that is like most of the entrances of houses (angkul-angkul) with the traditional characteristics unified. Baha village began in 1992 proclaimed as Tourism Village. This village in ancient times is the basis of the freedom fighters who have various tourism potentials. Here there is a group of artisans carving, building, wicker craftsmen, domestic industrial tape maker, sekeha cak men and women, Legong performances, recreational fishing and bund arrangement of fields and irrigation systems with the famous subak


system. The good way to enjoy it’s village is by cycle. You can beautiful view of traditional village.

Tipat bantal war

Tipat bantal war is a a unique war that held in Kapal village, Badung regency. This is a local tradition here to thanksgiving to the God because the harvest of the farmer here, and abundant that God has given.  Tipat is a symbol as a female and bantal as a male. Everyone can join when tipat bantal war running. It held in front of  Desa lan Puseh temple in Kapal village.local people very enjoy it. Firstly local people will made tipat and bantal, and take them to the Desa lan Puseh temple as a tribute, and then they are praying together, as a thanksgiving to the God has give hes blessing.
After finish prying local people of kapal village will dispart themself to two group, North and south group and some will be give command to start. Next all people will take tipat and bantal, as weapon,  as fast as possible, to throw them partner, in other part. Sometimes spectator was belting touch by player. No one felt hurt, because they did it with heart. You can see it Tradition around September – October, no ticket,







 Urutan, Balinese sosis recipe


"Urutan is traditional food seem like sosis. The differences of both is the surface of pork sosis is smooth, if Balinese sosis is more rude. From the taste is so different, because different ways to make it. If pork sosis is dried under the sun, if Balinese sosis is fried directly.
Here is the  recipe

Ingrrediton :

a. 100 gr pork
b. pig of intestine to taste

Flavor :
a. 20 gr onion
b. 15 gr garlic
c. 1/2 tablespoon coriander

d. 1/2 tablespoon
sesame

e. 7.5 gr root crop
f. 15 gr  small radish

g. Salt to taste
h. 1/2 gr shrimp paste
i. 1/2 tablespoon pepper
j. 5 gr turmeric
k. 5 gr ginger
l. 5 gr laos

make way :
1.  Chop all of ingredient until smooth.
2. Cleaned the intestine of pig
3. Cut the pork
4.the pork is mixed with the flavor that has mixed flat .
5. Then put it in the intestine of pig until full

testine of pig full tie it with yarn or something .
7.then fried and ready to serve.
